Technical Note: Recommended to run a minimum of 0 B&S / 0 AWG cable from both batteries to the main power busbar or distribution board.

Technical Note (Minimum Cable Sizing): Inverter to Main Battery/Busbar requires a minimum of 3/0 B&S / 3/0 AWG cable (protected via 300A fuse). Orion XS DC-DC charger requires 6 B&S (16mm²) for 0–5m runs or 4 B&S (25mm²) for 5–10m runs. MPPT 100/50 terminals accept up to 16mm² / 6 B&S cable on all terminals—run standard 4–6mm² solar cable from the PV array to the MPPT input, and 16mm² (6 B&S) battery cable from the MPPT output to the battery/busbar for the 50A DC charge feed. Installer must calculate and supply appropriately sized cabling for custom load distribution networks.

Note: Installer must supply own solar panels, mounting brackets, roof entry gland/leads, busbars, covers, auxiliary fuse block, and MEGA branch fusing.
